I founded my first company when I was 15 years old in Brazil. Starting at a very young age, I soon fell in love with developing businesses and building products that change people's lives. Pivoting the business from SaaS to fintech - at a time when this term did not exist and startups still did not have all that glamour - I discovered a second passion: the payments and financial market.
Since then, I have been directly responsible for leading the development and creation of the main products and services, as well as leading the regulatory and institutional relations areas, navigating between processor, acquirer, and issuer roles in the payments industry. In addition, I strongly believe in the power of building high-performance teams with a strong culture and, therefore, I always try to awaken the new leaders of the ecosystem so that we can build our world of tomorrow together.

I participate in several events on entrepreneurship and innovation as a speaker, in addition to having my story recorded as a success case in the book Audaz, by Mauricio Benvenuti.
I participate as a mentor at the Founder Institute and the JA Startup program, promoted by StartSe in partnership with Junior Achievement, which transforms young people aged 15 to 24 into entrepreneurs, through practical learning, so that young people get to know concepts, tools and develop the skills needed to transform your ideas into high-impact startups.
