Simplu is an online service to help Brazilian workers to require their government retirement via WhatsApp.

HIGHLIGHTS

Built the company's strategy and business positioning with an innovative operation method to offer the service via WhatsApp that previously could only be offered by lawyers.
Executed market analysis, creating a pricing and positioning strategy for competitive differential.
Led the business development area, analyzing and contracting the technical solutions to offer the services utilizing robots via WhatsApp.
 Created multiple guides and educational e-books to share with potential clients on retirement application.
Strategized the service operation and built the robot flows  for automated conversation on WhatsApp.
Oversaw brand development, marketing strategy and go-to-market plan.
Trained the operation and customer experience teams (retirement lawyers) for the daily operation for the back-office chats and calls.
Built internal processes, stakeholders reports with operation and sales metrics.

Consulting services to develop the company’s strategic plan, brand development, business positioning, pricing, and creating and management of operations, finding and contracting the technical solutions and training the initial team, as well as building multiple materials and educational e-books to share with potential clients on how to apply for retirement. The operation was performed for 16 months. Definition of the project scope on January 2020, and the services went live on May 2021.
