Quiq SaaS solution for the operation and management of delivery for the food service industry, having as partners large and international gastronomic chains, such as McDonald’s, Bobs, Domino's, Outback, KFC, Rei do Mate, Spoletto, Croasonho, among others.

HIGHLIGHTS

Strategized the product concept, roadmap, and implementation, aligning different necessities of 8 gastronomic business partners of the company, being responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle.
Executed the customer development and process validation with gastronomic chains partners.
Executed market analysis, creating the pricing and positioning strategy for competitive differential.
Strategized and led business development, and partnerships with distribution and delivery companies (i.e. Uber Eats, iFood, Rappi and Rede).
Aligned the product roadmap with the stakeholders and business needs to roll out the software for the 5,000 gastronomic stores of partners like McDonald’s, Bobs, Domino's, Outback, KFC, among others chains, as well as strategies to drive growth outside the partners chains.
Led the stakeholder relationship, being responsible for reports to investors and gastronomic partner chains.
Built a remote-first hiring process, leading a diverse, remote team, across 8 states in Brazil.
Led the product and business development with cross-functional teams (UX/UI designers, product owners, tech leads, developers, infra-structure, marketing, customer experience, business development, sales and HR), leading a 70-people team in product and software development areas.
Product management operation executed with agile methodologies and defining and tracking business and product metrics.
Built and maintained processes for efficient development and data-driven management.
Mentored the development of the team.
Led the development and launched two products, a web version used in the back-office of restaurants and a mobile version, using a credit card POS machine with Rede.
Strategized the product evolution to incorporate new business verticals, with solutions for logistics and a white label marketplace as a service for the food sector.
Oversaw brand development, positioning, business strategy, pricing strategy and go-to-market plan.


Quiq (FoodRocket, name used before the official launch) is a business platform that connects the FoodService ecosystem helping to build a SaaS solution for the operation and management of delivery for large and international gastronomic chains, such as McDonald’s, Bobs, Domino's, Outback, KFC, Rei do Mate, Spoletto, Croasonho, among others, where it offers the possibility of integrating orders from all originators (own and third parties), centralizing menu management, prices and promotions, being the point of control between the ERP and the new sales channels, in addition to empowering the brand and new apps, so that the restaurant has control of the commercial model.

With the objective of being the best friend of the restaurant, the platform exists to solve the pains of operating the counter inside, which today faces challenges of disintegrated operation and difficult conciliation, in addition to the increased dependence on the current sales origination channels ( B2C delivery applications) and, consequently, the lack of knowledge of its own audience.

Complete advice for training the initial team and development of the platform. Follow-up for the company's strategic design, alignment of expectations with investors and stakeholders, brand development, positioning, pricing, and strategic planning, in addition to project specification and supervision of the product's technical development. Elaboration of the "talent machine", construction of the company's culture, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of the team to start the operation.

The operation was performed for 7 months. Start of project development on 13/June/2020 and went live of the first phase of the product on 30/November/2020, where he performed the main functions:
- Business model definition and product specification
- Coordination of the operation and monitoring of product development
- Monitoring of the platform design creation process
- Team recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Facilitation of the company's cultural process
- Reports and follow-ups for investors and stakeholders
